Carol Peacock
As the daughter of a military officer living in Germany, Carol was afforded the opportunity of seeing the grand works of the old masters, the architecture of the ages, the customs and fashions of many different cultures as well as the ravages of war before turning sixteen years old when she returned to east Texas.
A young marriage took her to the west Coast, then the Philippine Islands where she was able to travel throughout Asia, adding another perspective to her already diverse view of life and art. After experiencing the ultimate in creativity, (birthing two sons), she completed her education in San Francisco and spent the next twenty years working with autistic children, social activism, clothing design, travel, painting, and the ongoing exploration of her spirituality.
Carol resides in Eureka Springs, Arkansas after many years in San Francisco, Dallas, New Orleans and Maui.
These days, her focus is on painting, promoting and teaching young artists, and broadcasting.
Carol's paintings have been referred to as expressionistic emotionalism.
“If others feel unity, serenity and/or love when they view my paintings, then I have accomplished my purpose.”
“When we quiet ourselves in meditation, we learn it is safe to feel. Feeling is knowing. Knowing is confidence. Confidence leads us to our higher self, helping us to be our highest vision of ourselves at all times.”

I first met Carol during several visits for coffee at the New Delhi.
Carol makes everyone feel welcome and I was further pleased and surprised when she gave me some wooden ladles as a welcoming to ES.
